ORDERING

FINDING YOUR STYLE

Browse through our Shop. Search for a specific item using the style name with our search box (top right). Don’t have a specific item in mind? Make a Bespoke consultation appointment with us to create a look that is uniquely yours by emailing bespoke@sharpesuiting.com.

PLACE AN ORDER 
Add an item to your shopping bag, and start the checkout process by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button. Or continue shopping, and click the mini shopping cart at the top right of your screen to checkout. Place an order by phone – call our Los Angeles studio at (323) 985-8895.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than the U.S. and Canada.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates for Custom Orders are available in any amount for purchase at our Los Angeles Studio, or over the phone. These may only be redeemed at Sharpe or Sharpe Pop-Up locations.

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer gift certificates for our ready-to-wear collection, or online.

We accept the following payment methods online:

Please note that as standard, the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also needed in case we need to contact you about your order.

We also accept cash, check, or Sharpe gift certificates for Custom Order in our Studio or Pop-Up locations.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied to all orders, as is standard for our resident state – California.

We do not charge sales tax on gift certificates, but the items they purchase will be charged.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHODS

Please allow 4-5 weeks for processing time. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

UPS standard shipping rates apply, based on location in the USA. Canadian packages can be shipped at a $40 flat fee.

 

WHERE WE SHIP / INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship only to the U.S. and Canada.
Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than the U.S. and Canada.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, please use that number in all communication with us about your order.When your item has shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email with the UPS tracking link.

Returns

RETURNS 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within seven (7) days. We do encourage you to take advantage of our Alterations Credits ($100) for minor alterations. In rare circumstances, if the garment has any major fit issues, Remakes of your custom garment can be done. Please read instructions below to process a Remake.

To be considered eligible for a return, a return claim must be submitted within seven (7) days of an order’s ship date. Full refunds are available only on products that are unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Sharpe. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of our Sharpe Collection within seven (7) days after purchase if the following conditions are met: 

– All items must be unworn and unaltered.
– All Items must be in their original packaging with original tags.
– You must include the original sales receipt or packing slip.

Any package received that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the customer without refund. For any items purchased with a coupon or gift certificate, the coupon / gift certificate will be refunded before another payment source. If items are purchased as part of a package or promotion, all items must be returned in order to receive a full refund. Any items that are not returned will be charged at full retail price. We recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please include the original invoice or order email confirmation. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping charges.

REMAKES

If you think you need a remake, email photos to us at customerservice@sharpesuiting.com of you wearing the custom garment. From the photos, we will be able to help you determine whether simple minor alterations can be done or to process a Remake. If the Remake is necessary, you’ll need to send the unworn and undamaged original item back to us postmarked within 3 business days. Please include the original invoice or order email confirmation along with your package.  We recommend using a shipping service that allows for tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Please also note that customization options cannot be changed for remakes, unless there was an error in a customization option on the original item by Sharpe Suiting

Once packed and received by the courier, returns are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased, and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days following. Please be aware, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping.
